ALBERTO FASANI
Alberto Fasani started his business in 1978 in Milan at a Professional Firm that was established several years ago, and then continued his profession by opening his own firm in September 1983 dealing with tax and corporate consultancy activities aimed mainly at SMEs and individuals who do not practice arts or other professions. He also followed corporate operations of an extraordinary nature, such as transformations, mergers, demergers and contributions as regards the tax and civil law aspects.
In December 2018 he established the “Studio Associato FB - TAX” as a founding partner.
His areas of expertise include corporate and tax consultancy, including extraordinary transactions, corporate reorganisation as well as corporate and labour law due diligence.

WALTER BONZI
Walter Bonzi worked in the audit division of Deloitte in Milan and then continued his professional activity in the Corporate Tax Firm, also part of the Deloitte Group, where he held the position of senior manager. In 2005 he founded MGP Studio Tributario e Societario, where he carried out tax and corporate consultancy tasks aimed mainly at joint-stock companies and partnerships, also dealing with cases of litigations. He collaborated both in the due diligence and business plan drafting stage and in the negotiation and contract definition stage in the framework of M&A and corporate restructuring operations. In December 2018 he established Studio Associato FB, the Associated Firm of which he is a founding partner.
His areas of expertise include consultancy on business income and VAT, extraordinary transactions and company assessment.
